Customer Service is Terrible. I returned a product which i used twice and then stopped working. I then had to chase them for 3 months for them to tell me they couldn't do anything with the product and wanted to return it to me. Jokers! unanswered emails and then when they did respond i get one line answers. Very frustrating and shocking customer service. Once you have paid they dont want to know. I spent £800 plus with these guys and will never spend another penny. BEWARE!

This company is terrible! No communication skills, poor service and don't have the stock when you you buy from them. Not an isolated incident unfortunately as its happened to me before, but I like to give people a chance. Very quick to take my money and they have now lost my business just as quickly. Up your game you slackers!

They are awesome! I ordered one day and it arrived the next, even had a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number - all within 4 hours! As far as I can see they have the largest range of paintball kit in the EU!

They have no stock. You order, you get charged and then they tell you there is no stock available!!! You have to wait 1 week to get you package shipped. Communication is terrible!!! Avoid them!
